From groundwork to the finished surface.

THE PROCESS

How we work

Illustrated stages of a concrete slab, from preparing the ground to the finished surface.

Site preparation: set out, excavate and compact the base. Formwork and steel: build the forms and install reinforcement. Pour: place and level concrete to the specified depth. Machine finish: smooth and compact the surface. Saw cuts: cut control joints. Final surface: a durable, even finish.
